    Dikshant Joshi's journey is one of resilience, reinvention, and relentless curiosity. An engineering graduate who struggled with engineering, he found his true calling in startups through AIESEC, where he helped establish its local chapter in Dehradun.
    After being laid off from GoodService (Sequoia-backed startup), he embraced uncertainty and joined AdPushup, wearing multiple hats before specializing in Product Management and Business Development. Over the years, he scaled the company to $58M ARR and played a key role in its $70M acquisition.
    Now, post-AdPushup, he is exploring what's next—helping AdTech & SaaS founders scale through consulting, advising, and investing, while experimenting with AI, farming, and new ventures—often breaking things before they make sense.
